Terms and conditions: We try to ensure that the information contained on our web site is accurate and up to date. However, we ask that you verify the information before making a firm booking. You can do this by calling our sales department. There is no charge for the information presented on this web site, however, in return for allowing you to access this material, we require your acceptance that we will not be liable for any actions you may take as a result of using this information.
Insurance is compulsory. Travel insurance is not included in the price of stay. Visitors are required to take care of their insurance according to their needs, medical conditions and the length of the trip. We will not be responsible for an eventual loss of luggage during the tour. We recommend to secure all the relevant insurance before your departure from your country. We will ask you to provide details of your insurance upon your arrival. Visitors not taking out the insurance may be exluded from the tour or take part only at their own risk.
For each trip, a valid passport is required. Each individual is responsible to ensure that they carry the correct visa before their departure.
World weather is becoming more erratic and unpredictable and we cannot be held responsible for disruption to your holiday due to bad or unusual weather conditions. We pride ourselves on the quality and friendly professionalism of our staff. We continually try and improve our level of service.
Whilst every effort is made to operate a tour as advertised, on occasion it may be necessary to make changes to the accommodation, the routing or order of an itinerary. Unless the change significantly alters the holiday, compensation will not be payable for minor alterations to the itinerary or nightly accommodation. Most people go on holiday for rest and relaxation, so if in our
reasonable opinion or other person in authority, your behaviour is causing danger, damage to property or persistently affecting the enjoyment of others, we reserve the right to terminate your holiday.
Should this happen no refund or compensation would be paid.If you have cause for complaint whilst on holiday, you must bring it to our attention immediately. We will do our best to rectify the situation. It is unreasonable to take no action whilst on holiday, but then to write a letter of complaint upon return. If you do not raise concerns immediately, this may affect our ability to investigate and take remedial action and it may impact on the way your complaint is dealt with. We are contactable 24 hours a day operate a 24-hour contact, and the contact number for this will be provided.
In the event of late termination of the contract one month before the tour date an amount of 30% shall serve the purpose of paying the cancellation fee. For cancellation less than a month before the tour start date the cancellation fee will be 50%
Transferring directly to our account:
From the time of booking you will receive all the necessary information within one working day. This will include a confirmation of availability and payment instructions. You may decide to pay by direct bank transfer or by debit or credit card. The payment by card will be charged in EURO (EUR). We can not held responsibility for the differences in the rate of Exchange and for the fees related to the transaction.

protect any information we collect from you. We respect your privacy and protect customer information. We do not disclose your details to any third party. When booking a holiday we will ask for your name, your postal address, your telephone number and e-mail address. At this time please make us aware of any special needs, disabilities or dietary requirements so that we can ensure your stay in Slovakia will be safe and confortable. We'll also need your credit/debit card details in order to take payment and confirm the booking on-line. Booking the tour After selecting a trip from our offer, please fill in and send the
Booking Form, the selected trip is immediately pre-booked.
